Job Description

About the role

  • Install cast iron pipe systems in new construction
  • Install PEX Waterlines in new construction
  • Perform installation of plumbing fixtures in new construction 
  • Read shops/prints to determine plumbing layout under direction of Production Supervisor
  • Measure, mark and cut holes for plumbing
  • Install tub and shower pans in accordance with the prints
  • Kit and assemble subcomponents that can be prefabricated
  • Work and provide relief and support to other production areas when needed.
  • Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards
  • Year round, Steady Construction work performed at one location inside a factory in Tracy, CA

 

Pay Range for Plumbers with 5+ years of relevant experience: $30-35/hour DOE

Qualifications

About you

  • 3 - 5+ years' Plumbing experience in new Construction
  • Experience with PEX waterlines as well as cast Iron plumbing
  • Experience in a Manufacturing facility a plus
  • An accountable attitude with a commitment to accuracy
  • Good people skills, good attitude, and the ability to operate as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Good attitude working with others
  • Dependable and trustworthy 
  • Able to work on your feet much of the day
