Ascend Equipment is looking to add a Paint and Body Technician to our Owensboro team. Position can be full-time or part-time.


Duties:

  • Perform auto body repair and restorations on equipment.
  • Repair sheet metal, including welding as needed.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, sandblasting, priming, and masking.
  • Apply paint using pneumatic air sprayers and airless paint spraying equipment.
  • Assemble and disassemble equipment components as necessary.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in auto painting and restoration techniques.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal repair.
  • Welding experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
