To excel as a Full Time Merchandiser at Duluth Coca-Cola, you must possess strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. The ability to use your personal vehicle for work is essential, requiring a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a clean Motor Vehicle Check. Operating manual pallet jacks and carts to handle up to 2,200 pounds demonstrates your physical capabilities in this role. Your flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and independently without close supervision will ensure success in maintaining merchandising standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Requires ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Must be able to use personal vehicle for work.
• Requires a valid driver's license with current automobile insurance

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts in order to push/pull up to 2
