We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our Early Learning Center where we serve children ages 2 to 7 years of age. Applicants could expect a typical day to include motivating learners through play, presenting program targets, recording data, assisting with daily living skills, and plenty of laughs.

ABA is an evidence-based therapy that allows us to uniquely assist each child with developing the skills needed to live, learn and play.


How much does the position pay?

Starting pay is competitive with opportunities to promote within the first 6 months for full-time staff. We consistently look for opportunities to reward your hard work with bonuses, incentives and further promotions.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

-18 years-old

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Experience working with children

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to adapt to situations quickly and with a positive attitude.

-Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

-You may be asked to engage in activities that require you to lift, push or pull 35+ pounds.

-Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, walk, run, keep up with the pace of your assigned learner.
