This position is ideal for candidates looking for temporary full-time summer work

The Fan Coil Technician is responsible for providing service, preventative maintenance and minor repairs on residential HVAC units.

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean background and DMV record
  • Exceptional customer service skills with consistent and prompt follow-up with customers
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Knowledge of standard tools used to perform job duties
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly

The Fan Coil Technician will serve the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area. Our work is considered commercial, however, it is important to have good people skills as you will be working alongside residents of the properties.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Ability to work a minimum of 8 working hours each workday
  • Ability to adjust, lift, push and pull heavy objects a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly
  • Ability to do ladder/step work which could include carrying ladders, scaffolding and walking up/down stairs
  • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
  • Contact with sharp, hot and/or very cold supplies and equipment
  • Must maintain safety procedures at all times to prevent work injuries
