Youth Soccer Coach

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Soccer Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. As a coach, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work with children aged 1-12 years old, helping them develop their soccer skills while fostering a positive and fun learning environment. With over 20 years of experience, Super Soccer Stars is a leader in providing quality youth soccer programs across the country.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging soccer sessions in accordance with the Super Soccer Stars curriculum
  • Provide individual and group instruction to children aged 2-12 years old
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
  • Maintain a safe and organized environment during sessions
  • Communicate effectively with parents and administrative staff
  • Attend training and development sessions provided by the company
  • Participate in staff meetings and evaluations

Requirements

  • Passion for working with children and promoting youth development
  • Prior experience coaching or working with children
  • Knowledge of soccer and ability to teach basic soccer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
  • Availability to work on weekends and/or weekday evenings
  • CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred)
