The Xpress Bill Pay Lock Box department is looking for a Specialist to assist with using our payment solution to handle the mail for our local governments and municipalities throughout the country. In this role you will be working alongside our team of lockbox professionals, utilizing automated equipment, to open the mail, stack and sort the contents, and scan, image, and submit the electronic images for deposit. This role entails providing detailed work, and accurate processing.

This position will be required to work onsite in our office in American Fork, UT.

This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours a week).

• Sort and stack the contents of mailed in payments.
• Group and stack mail by the organization that we receive mail for.
• Process mail using continuous feed scanning and imaging equipment.
• Verify amounts and account numbers for each payment.
• Verify the totals on the batches and the physical checks.
• Submit the batches for processing to the bank.
• Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
• Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of 10 key adding machines
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in using complex software
• Flexible with ability to think on your feet
• Gets along well with others.

• Experience with Payment Solutions a plus
• Prior experience working with and understanding of municipal finance and billing software.
