Job Description:

We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team based in Colorado. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness of assigned work areas, including open units and common spaces such as the clubhouse, amenities, and leasing offices.

Responsibilities:

• Clean vacant apartments for move-in ready condition
• Clean and maintain general upkeep of clubhouse, fitness center, mail room, leasing office, hallways, restrooms, meeting room, pool area, and other assigned workspaces
• Clean and keep up appearance of model apartment homes
• Maintain, inventory and organize supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, rug cleaners, polishers
• Handle cleaning supplies, chemicals, solvents
• Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles
• Clean wash basins, commodes and mirrors
• Apply safety precautions for equipment and chemicals
• Maintain a good rapport with residents, families, employees and the general public in order to provide effective and courteous service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to closely follow and maintains apartment and community cleaning schedule
• Follows apartment cleaning specifications set forth in the policies/procedures manual
