Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor multiple customer touchpoints throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring a sustained long-term relationship.
  • Monitor and exceed customer expectations through consistent and timely follow-up on phone calls, voicemails, emails, and walk-ins for existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide personalized and professional customer service, building trust and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about coverages, billing, or products, adhering to established agency processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the owner to establish onboarding processes for new and transfer customers.
  • Assist the owner in achieving agency customer loyalty and satisfaction goals through various processes and procedures, including implementing follow-ups, Renewal Advisor utilization for rate revision outreach, and insurance review offering/appointment setting procedures.

Requirements
  • An insurance license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
  • 1+ years of previous office experience is required. Insurance experience is a BONUS.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge with experience in MS Office.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service.
  • Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details to clients in a clear, understandable, and client-friendly manner, ensuring they make well-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
