Reports to: Senior Manager, Finance

Purpose:

The Senior Accounts Payable Representative audits payable documents for accuracy and processes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes invoices, check requests, expense reports for payment.
  • Reviews account payable documents for accuracy, internal controls, delegation of authority, and accounting codes.
  • Provides support and mentoring to team members.
  • Applies working knowledge of accounting bookkeeping terms and procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information received.
  • Resolves and troubleshoots vendor and internal accounts payable inquires.
  • Performs data entry on various computer systems.
  • Assists with ad hoc reports and other required data analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 4+ years of accounts payable experience or bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping terminologies and procedures.

Work Environment:

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy offers flexibility only to eligible employees to work hybrid or remotely without compromising work performance, productivity, or team collaboration. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
