An exciting opportunity is available at The Dental Group of Polaris in Dublin, OH for a talented Dental Assistant. Competitive salary package with a generous sign-on bonus offered. Key responsibilities involve providing top-notch patient care and ensuring their satisfaction. Duties include aiding the dentist in patient prep and treatment procedures. Comprehensive benefits package provided.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients in Dublin, OH for their treatments based on established protocols
  • Assist the dentist chairside by providing necessary instruments, materials, taking x-rays, and performing suction during procedures
  • Manage and confirm patient appointments efficiently
  • Ensure all dental tools, supplies, and medications required for treatments are organized and set up appropriately
  • Support in laboratory procedures, which includes pouring and trimming dental impressions
  • Educate patients in Dublin, OH on oral health care, giving preventive advice and instructions
Qualifications:
  • To qualify for the position of Dental Assistant in Dublin, OH, US, you need to have a Dental Assistance Certification
  • Knowledge about dental office operations is essential for this role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with patients and the dental team
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills will help you in managing various tasks efficiently
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask is crucial in a fast-paced dental office environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills is necessary for maintaining patient records and using dental software
