Position Summary: As a Part-Time Floral Enthusiast, you will be at the heart of our Floral Department, helping customers select the perfect arrangements and crafting custom designs for any occasion. Your role will involve maintaining the freshness and presentation of our floral displays, providing expert advice on plant care, and creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind arrangements. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about flowers and plants. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Help customers choose the perfect floral arrangements, plants, and gifts, providing expert advice and friendly service. Floral Design: Create custom floral arrangements for various occasions, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail. Department Maintenance: Ensure the Floral Department is clean, organized, and beautifully presented, with fresh products always on display. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, restocking floral products, and maintaining accurate pricing and signage. Sales Promotion: Participate in seasonal promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Plant Care: Provide tips and guidance on plant care, helping customers keep their blooms fresh and vibrant. Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in diverse temperatures and environments, from coolers to outdoor settings. Allergy-Friendly: Able to handle a wide variety of fresh ingredients without adverse allergic reactions. Climbing Confidence: Confidently use step-stools and ladders as needed.
