Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description:
  • Process parts orders from Service Advisor/General Manager for open RO’s at shop for vehicle’s being repaired immediately upon receiving them.
  • Receive and mirror match parts for every job to make sure we have the following on a daily basis: We have correct parts. I
  • Work with Service Advisors to make them aware of all or any of these situations. Any incorrect part must be checked with body tech assigned to the job. If damage found, and panel can be repaired, must get Repair Time credit from Parts Dept.
  • Post invoices the day the parts are received.
  • “Blue Line” additional parts.
  • Place parts received on parts rack designated for the vehicle parts were ordered for.
  • Oversee material in parts department and make sure it is being used properly.
  • Return parts not needed to the Repair Center. Returns should be completed all at one time prior end of business day.
  • Keep the Parts Department clean and organized.
  • Tag all parts received with RO number to prevent any misplacement or loss.
  • Check in & check out shop equipment owned by the body shop.
  • Order paint materials when necessary.

Pay: $18-$26/hr
