Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCecil Atkission Motors, Kerrville's family owned and operated Chevy/Buick Dealership, has an immediate opening for a permanent part-time front desk receptionist.
If you are outgoing and personable, have a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple phone lines for multiple locations, we want to hear from you The 2-3 work days per week are flexible so we are able to work with the availability of the right person. Reception desk complete hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:15pm and Saturday 8:30am-4:00pm. Experience is not necessary but is definitely a plus.
Responsibilities:* Friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees* Answer multi-line phone system and accurately direct incoming calls to correct locations and departments* In addition to answering phones and greeting guests, office duties to include: printing and distributing reports, emailing customers, scanning documents, data entry, other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:* Superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task* High School Diploma or GED. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferable* Ability to work Saturday's* Reliability is crucial for this position
