Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform the carpentry and labor to complete projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.
- Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders.
- Coordinate work with subcontractors.
- Verify the accuracy in quantity and measurement of deliveries received. Determine if any deliveries have been damaged.
- Notify the production manager when major problems arise. Keep the job-site clean.
- Protect the customers property.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Minimum of five years of carpentry experience.
- Good working knowledge of all building trades.
- The ability to interact well with customers and coworkers.
- A valid drivers license, including a good driving record, is also necessary.
- Should be available for extended work hours as required.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
