The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, experience with shipment tracking software, and familiarity with SAP.Responsibilities:Track shipments using designated software and tools.Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment status and updates.Manage a heavy volume of communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.Experience with shipment tracking software.
