🎯What would you do?

• Guide clients through the implementation process until they fully live with our solution.
  
• Plan, execute, and finalize implementation projects with our clients.
  
• Coordinate with various internal teams to manage and deliver project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
  
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.
  
• Follow up with clients to ensure the adoption of new functionalities.
  
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports, including status reports, risk analysis, and technical documentation.
  
• Deliver presentations both internally and externally to communicate progress and strategies.
  
• Persuade and convince clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
  
• Provide clear and concise briefs to Project Managers (PMs) and work closely with solution teams.
  
• Organize and participate in weekly touchpoints with clients.
  
• Management of escalations of issues and problems the client has.

• Proven experience in project management.
  
• Previous experience designing and executing projects with clients.
  
• Experience guiding clients through implementation processes.
  
• Experience in managing e-commerce and/or logistics projects (desirable).
