Job Description: 4Sight is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Host/Waitress to join our team in Columbus. As a Host/Waitress, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions about the menu or restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Check on guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and host station.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a host or waitress role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
