Job Description:

As the Lead Countertop Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our custom countertop projects. You will lead a team of installers, manage the installation process from start to finish, and ensure that all work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your expertise in countertop installation, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills will be essential in delivering outstanding results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of countertop installers, providing direction, training, and support.
  • Oversee the entire installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Perform complex countertop installations, including repairs, fabrication, and seam work.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Countertop Installer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of high-end custom projects.
  • Expert-level skills in all areas of countertop installation, including repairs, fabrication, seams, and finishing.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading installation teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues on the job site.
  • Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
