Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining open lines of communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive technical knowledge to oversee system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to verify the functionality and performance of installed systems, conducting thorough inspections as necessary.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact commissioning activities, proactively developing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support commissioning activities while optimizing efficiency and productivity.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and commissioning records to track progress, document findings, and ensure adherence to project requirements and specifications.
Team Development: Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to commissioning team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering or related field preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning management, with expertise in Level 4 and Level 5 activities.
Proven track record of successfully managing commissioning projects from inception to completion.
Strong technical proficiency in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Thorough understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CxA, LEED AP) preferred.
