We are seeking an Electrical and Industrial Superintendent to oversee electrical projects in an industrial setting on behalf of the owner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for oversite on project activities, evaluating resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and participating in all mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning activities.


Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Electrical Superintendent in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial machinery, and equipment.

-Strong in turnover of electronic systems during commissioning activities

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects in an industrial setting.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure goals are met.
- Manage budget, resources, and timelines for electrical projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of work.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
- Professional certification or license as an Electrical Supervisor (preferred).
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:
- Capable of wearing task specific personal protective equipment which may include dust mask, air purifying respirator (i.e., half and/or full faced), safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection.
- Capable of meeting OSHA standards for manual lifting guidelines: < 50lbs
- While performing the duties of this job it is required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands or arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch when necessary for job activity.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
- Air Purifying respirator is MANDATORY and must be worn in most places around the plant. To get a successful fit for the respirator, the face *must* be clean shaven in the areas where the respirator touches the face.

This job is located in Covington, GA. If the selected candidate does not reside in the area, he/she must be able to relocate. Remote work is not an option.
