Minimum Education:

  • Experience and training in desktop and laptop trouble-shooting (Intel).
  • Additional experience working with and troubleshooting peripheral devices.
  • Minimum two years experience.
  • Formal specialized training may be substituted on the basis of one months training for one months experience.
