Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAll Lines Technology is seeking a Help Desk Technician who is knowledgeable with Windows operating systems. You will be providing technical support, assisting end-users with hardware/software, and  imaging Windows laptops. You will also need to have knowledge of different Windows applications such as Google Docs/Drive. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support: Assist end-users with hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Diagnose and fix technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
  • Install and configure systems: Set up new hardware and software, ensuring proper functionality and user training.
  • Maintaining and servicing hundreds of students and staff school issued devices, both Windows and Apple.
  • Remotely working with faculty and students to resolve device issues.
  • Installed and configured SMART boards.
  • Connecting devices to Azure and monitoring applications installed on school issued devices.
  • Overseeing imaging processes and maintaining up-to-date images.
  • Hardware replacements including motherboards, LED displays, batteries, and hard drives.
Experience: 
  • AS/BS degree in Information Management or related field
  • Windows operating system, specifically, Windows 10 
  • OS X and iOS knowledge is a plus 
  • Imaging Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools 
  • Manual software installs 
  • Knowledge of Windows applications such as Google Docs/Drive
