Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate insurance products and services to potential clients.Policy Analysis: Review and evaluate existing policies to identify coverage gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners to expand client base.


Requirements

Licensing: Possess or willingness to obtain a valid insurance license in Nebraska.

Industry Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal capabilities with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-remote environment and adapting to changing work priorities.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and foster a positive work environment.

Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
