The Pantry Cook will be responsible for preparing and organizing ingredients for use in salads, appetizers and other cold dishes. The Pantry Cook will work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent knife skills and attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dressings, sauces, and other condiments.
  • Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for salads and other cold dishes.
  • Plate and garnish dishes.
  • Manage inventory and restock pantry supplies.
  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proven experience as a Pantry Cook or similar role.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods standing and preparing food.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
