Under the direction of the Deli/Bakery Manager is responsible for slicing, weighing and wrapping all full-service deli items, replenishing and rotating deli items in both the full-service and the self-service cases. Build visually attractive displays, replenish and garnish trays and the back bar, rotate and replenish stock as needed, and maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
