Day to day as a Automotive Biller
As a Biller at Audi of Colorado Springs, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring accurate data entry. Your attention to detail and understanding of automotive regulations will be key in maintaining compliance and facilitating smooth transactions. Essential duties
- Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
- Bills out all dealer trades and wholesale deals
- Posts vehicles sales and purchases in dealership management system CDK
- Cleans and maintains new and used vehicle inventory schedules
- Processes/registers all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts Secure Products, Gap and all finance products sold.
- Cleans and maintains finance product payable schedules
- Cross trains other staff to handle daily responsibilities when not in the office
- Other duties as assigned
