  • $9.50/hr and $14.25/hr Overtime. Weekly Taxable: $342
  • Weekly M&IE Per Diem: $413
  • Weekly Lodging Per Diem: $749
  • Weekly Nontaxable Per Diem: $1,162

Respiratory Therapist (Allied Health Professional) Requirements:

  • Licensure: Active Indiana License
  • Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, ARRT
  • Experience: 2+ years
