A company in Ocean County has immediate openings for self-motivated associates. Two positions are available, one for weekends and one for weekdays.

Applicants should have strong:

· Sales skills
· Customer service skills.
· Communication skills.
· Computer skills.

Applicants must have:
· Dependable transportation.
· Flexible schedule.
· Attention to detail.

Requirements:

Key duties will include but not limited to:

Inspecting/preparing units for move in.

Renting units.

Collecting payments.

Processing paperwork.

Performing market comparisons.

Opening/ closing office.

Following policies/procedures.

Light Maintenance is a plus.

Must pass background check, competitive compensation, and benefits package.
