Position: Onsite, FTE Non-Exempt

Pay Range: Starting at $18.00

Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday, full-time

Training will be provided.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Control Coordinator will work in a dynamic teamwork environment where you collaborate with supportive colleagues and departments like engineering, production, customer service, and supply chain management.

This position is responsible for prioritizing job order creation and scheduling to support production. Ability to communicate clearly to customer service, production leaders, and supply chain for job status and material shortages.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of material is in sufficient quantities before creating job orders in SAP.
  • Serves as the focal point for interactions on job order creation, communicating material issues between customer service, SCM, and production.
  • Maintain excel file(s) integrity on job orders created, and transfer materials from different warehouses.
  • Ensure the availability of the material in sufficient quantities before creating job orders with SAP.
  • Ability to go to the warehouse and check the inventory level of raw materials.
  • Work closely with the production, warehouse, supply chain, and customer service to maintain On-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Collect and analyze data for raw material discrepancies and report findings
  • Participate in the continuous improvement process, focused on supporting production On-Time Delivery, supply chain alignment on proper inventory levels
  • Able to perform other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies:

  • Ability to work with computers and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience with ERP programs such as SAP HANA is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency with computers and reporting systems.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US (required)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma (required)
  • Extremely detail-oriented and problem solver
  • Advanced computer, information, and emotional literacy

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for long periods of time.
  • Repeat the same movements.
  • Ability to lift between 10 and 15 lbs. occasionally.
