What You'll Do
  • Process and manage incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing and collection processes.
  • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and performance.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
