Job Summary
Oro Ford is seeking an experienced, customer service focused Service Advisor who can provide our guests with knowledgeable and enthusiastic service to ensure long-term customer loyalty.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, staff position offering a salary of $50000 to $90000 per year, paid bi-weekly with comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k, long-term and short-term disability, employee assistance program (EAP), life insurance, and vacation time.

Responsibilities
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Accurately assess customer’s needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations
• Serve as the customer advocate within the department
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding service plans, services and parts
• Process all incoming service calls, write up ticket requests, and make follow-up arrangements
• Work closely with technicians to ensure quality repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain a close relationship with guests for future and repeat business
• Handle customer concerns promptly and respectfully
• Update guests regarding status of their repair throughout the process
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and appropriately
• Maintain clean and orderly documents, files, workstation, and other areas in accordance with company standards

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor
• Previous experience working in an automotive dealership repair facility a must
• Detailed knowledge of automotive repair theory, terminology, and procedures
• Proven customer service/relations experience
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
