Pay: $30/hr
Shift: 2nd ShiftType: Full-Time W2Benefits: Yes (Medical, Dental, PTO, Life, Disability, etc)Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all operations in the bindery, including cutting, folding, stitcher setup, and fulfillment.
  • Operate and manage Stahl Folders, Polar Cutters, and Muller Martini.
  • Maintain company-established quality standards.
  • Ensure effective communication and teamwork among employees.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and safety protocols.
  • Directly interact with all departments and manage post-print operations.
  • Identify and coordinate employee training and development.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of bindery operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish bilingual preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Experience in running machines as needed.
  • Available for overtime as required.
