  • Verifying the correct weight of product according to specifications;
  • Mixing product components to meet specified weight ranges;
  • Communicating with supervisor and line operator to maintain correct product weight;
  • Accurately computing numbers
  • Consistently documenting instructions and referring to them as needed;
  • Performs other duties, as needed.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)


Other Skills and Abilities Must be able to work in a cold environment. Must be able to handle frozen meat with hands throughout the day. Must be able to wear safety shoes.
