Client Relationships: Cultivate connections with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.Sales Calls: Handle outbound calls effectively, addressing inquiries and offering suitable insurance products.Insurance Solutions: Recommend and customize insurance plans to match each client's unique requirements.Growth Opportunities: Identify chances to enhance client policies by offering additional services or coverage.Client Retention: Build strong rapport with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on insurance industry trends and updates to provide accurate advice.

Requirements: Sales Experience: Previous experience in Personal lines sales. Valid Property and Casualty license . Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping people and exceeding customer expectations. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results in a fully remote work environment. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues. Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and software for effective sales and communication. Cantonese or Spanish fluency is desired
