Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and business environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships to effectively address their needs.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends that impact client businesses.
  • Formulate and recommend strategic plans to achieve client objectives, including growth strategies, market entry plans, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze business operations, financial performance, and organizational structure to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  • Develop and present strategic solutions and action plans that address client challenges and align with their long-term goals.
  • Assist clients in executing strategic initiatives, including change management, process improvement, and performance measurement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative strategies to provide cutting-edge insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations to senior executives.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to address complex business issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with strategic frameworks and methodologies, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and Porter's Five Forces, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
