Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Possible exceptions for valid license for Packers only (non drivers)
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to lift and maneuver 75+ lbs
• No Theft Charges or Felony Offense
• Must be 21 Years Old
• Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
• Must have smartphone and understand how to use them

Responsibilities

• Efficiently organize and pack items, ensuring their safety and making the moving process as smooth as possible.
• Use protective materials to wrap furniture and delicate items, preventing any damage during the move.
• Arrange packed items and boxes effectively, preparing for an efficient loading process.
• Work closely with the Lead Packer, following their guidance on specific packing strategies and tasks.
• Assist in verifying that all items are accounted for before and after packing, ensuring no item is left behind.
• Provide exceptional service, contributing to a positive packing experience for our clients.
• Act as a spotter when necessary, ensuring the safe maneuvering of vehicles and equipment.
• Must follow all instructions and directions given from Team Captain.
• Participate in packing, pad wrapping, and prepping the job site while the Team Captain coordinates with the customer.
