Para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente al proporcionar habitaciones limpias y ordenadas de acuerdo con los estándares de los hoteles Bartell.

Responsabilidades

  • Asegura la satisfacción del cliente, limpiando las habitaciones de los clientes diariamente de acuerdo con las políticas y estándares operativos
  • Quita las sabanas sucias de la cama y toallas del baño y las reemplaza con ropa de cama limpia y toallas según sea necesario
  • Remueve la basura acumulada y la suciedad de la habitación según sea necesario
  • Limpia el área del baño, desempolva todas las superficies y aspira la habitación según sea necesario
  • Repone materiales promocionales, literatura y amenidades para la habitación
  • Informa de solicitudes de mantenimiento y pedidos de reemplazo
  • Entrega los artículos dejados en la habitación a la oficina de limpieza para el manejo de “Objetos Perdidos y Encontrados”
  • Deja todas las pertenencias de los clientes en las habitaciones, a menos que hayan sido desechadas en la basura
  • Maximiza la eficiencia en el trabajo y una apariencia limpia y ordenada manteniendo un armario de suministros y ropa limpia bien surtida
  • Mantiene la aspiradora reemplazando y/o vaciando la bolsa diariamente, limpiándola colocándola de acuerdo con S.O.P.'s
  • Notifica al Departamento de Limpieza inmediatamente si existe escasez de existencias
  • Tira la ropa dañada o de lava nuevamente y la devuelve al Departamento de Limpieza
  • Garantiza la seguridad al asegurar las cerraduras en los armarios de ropa blanca y las puertas de las canaletas de lino
  • Reporta todos los cuartos de “No Molestar” o las puertas con cerrojo al Departamento de Limpieza según sea necesario
  • Mantiene al supervisor inmediato informado de todos los problemas o asuntos inusuales de importancia
  • Se puede asignar otros deberes según sea necesario

Demandas Físicas y Ambiente de Trabajo

Mientras realiza los deberes de este trabajo, se requiere que el empleado se pare regularmente; camine; use las manos para tocar con los dedos, manejar o sentir; alcanzar con las manos y los brazos; hablar o escuchar y probar u oler. Debe poder subir y bajar un tramo de escaleras mientras carga hasta 50 libras de peso. Con frecuencia, se requiere que el empleado se suba o balancee y se incline, se arrodille, se agache o gatee, y levante y/o mueva con frecuencia hasta 50 libras. Mientras realiza los deberes de este trabajo, el empleado a veces está expuesto a condiciones climáticas externas y partes mecánicas en movimiento. El nivel de ruido en el entorno de trabajo suele ser moderado.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, as well as frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. The employee must also be able to go up and down a flight of stairs while carrying 50 pounds. The employee is sometimes exposed to outside weather conditions and the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
