Job Summary: Looking for a flexible second income opportunity? Join IntraCare Health Center as a PRN Physician to support our clinics throughout the DFW market on an as-needed basis. This role involves providing comprehensive medical care, diagnosing and treating patients, and ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Medical Procedures: Perform clinical procedures and interventions as required.
- Prescription Management: Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborative Practice: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and bedside manner.
- Ability to adapt to different clinic environments and patient populations.
- Proficient with electronic health records systems.
- Must possess a valid DEA license for prescribing controlled substances.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification and active licensure in Texas.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Previous experience in primary care or a related specialty preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing clinical procedures.
- Access to reliable transportation.

- Market Flexibility: This position may involve working at various IntraCare locations across the DFW market.
- Paid Mileage: Compensation includes mileage reimbursement for travel.
- PRN physicians can accept or decline assignments based on availability.
