The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


We are looking for an esthetician or cosmetologist who preferably has some lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and have some experience working in a salon atmosphere. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
  • Understand and promote products and memberships
  • Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
  • Maintain clean and sterile work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
  • 1+ years as a Lash Stylist desired
  • Customer service focused; loves on your clients
  • Strong work ethic
  • Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
  • Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
