We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Personal Assistant who is ready to jump-start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support a busy executive team, handling a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to our daily operations. This position offers a wonderful opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain valuable experience in personal assistance and office management. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will work closely with senior staff to ensure that all operations run smoothly. 

Pay Range:
$900- $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize calendars and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain communication channels.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and track expenses.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
