Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Directs the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of the organization’s facility and property.
  • Develops and monitors budgets and overseas contracts to meet current and future needs.
  • Responsible for overseeing all building operations, including repairs, refurbishments, and the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems.
  • Oversees all the cleanliness of the facility and equipment in all areas of the building including the parking area.
  • Evaluates quotes and recommends contractors for facility projects.
  • Ensures building operations meet service standards and comply with all local laws and regulations.
  • Typically, it requires creating functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
