At Mathnasium, our educational philosophy revolves around teaching math in a way that makes sense to kids and helping them gain confidence in their math knowledge with the goal of helping them improve in their math education. We focus on strengthening math fundamentals by building math skills and number sense. Lead Instructor Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
  • Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
  • Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

  • Exceptional math skills through Algebra I

Job Type: Part-time, In-Person

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 shifts a week
  • Flexible schedule (Monday-Thursday, 12 PM - 7 PM and Sunday, 9 AM - 4 PM
