Our Admin team is responsible for ensuring the most important aspect of any business is fulfilled, staying profitable. Ensure all documentation is correctly filled in, recorded, and filed in order to maintain organization and accurate representation of the company's statements at all times.

Assist our Admin team in analyzing key metrics that determine the company’s success and closely monitor KPI’s in order to anticipate potential shortcomings and proactively come up with solutions. Prepare numerous financial statements and track and verify payments & Invoices of candidates and partners.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business administration while supporting our daily operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of the office and ensure that the office is 100% equipped and set for work.


Requirements


  • Be a student or graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Well-spoken and polished presentation
  • Fluent English and strong writing skills
  • Spanish and/or French desired
  • Extremely organized and attentive to detail
  • Internationally minded
  • Creative and hardworking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excel, Word, basic Photoshop and Acrobat knowledge
  • Legal documentation to work and reside in Spain is absolutely required (assistance provided


Responsibilities

  • Weekly monitoring and reconciliation of client and partner payments
  • Addressing candidate concerns or inquiries with prompt troubleshooting
  • Assisting with payment processing tasks
  • Managing office maintenance and ensuring a well-equipped workspace
  • Inventory management of hardware devices
  • Enforcing administrative requirements and office policies
  • Coordinating office mailings
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives
  • Undertaking various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Managing office supplies and procurement processes
