They are incredible communicator that is able to multi-task. They are passionate about treating everyone with respect and authenticity. They love to learn and grow and are excited about being the experts for both their clients and candidates. They are a natural matchmaker and strive to always do things with service, humility, and love. This is a full-time hourly remote position. In addition to the hourly wage incentive package available.   • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Send Interview Preparation e-mail and prepare candidates via phone prior to meeting the Hiring Manager
  • Update Applicant Tracking System in real-time with candidate information and interaction details
  • Assist in candidate sourcing and scheduling & managing interviews
  • Conduct phone screens and meet required performance metrics
  • Consistently deliver a positive hiring experience to the internal team and candidates by providing professional and timely communication
  • Utilize online recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZIP recruiter, and internal resume database to create a pool of qualified candidates
  • Network with top talent through cold calling and email outreach
  • Travel as needed to Career Fairs, on-campus recruiting, and other community events to promote CTG
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
