Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary Assignment

Salary Range: $15 - $16 per hour

Overview:
Join a leading company in the technology sector as an Etching Technician. You will play a key role in the fabrication and processing of high-precision components. This dynamic position involves working with advanced machinery and adhering to stringent quality standards. This is a technician job role that has an expected hiring time frame that averages 3-5 days but may vary depending on background checks and manager availability for interview/training.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain etching equipment for the production of electronic components.
- Perform routine inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Prepare and handle chemical solutions with precision, following safety protocols.
- Monitor and document production processes to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Technical certification or relevant training preferred.
- Proven experience in etching or similar technical processes.
- Strong understanding of chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining etching machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including rotating weekends.

Schedule:
- Flexible schedule with start times of 8 AM and 10 AM, depending on business needs.
- Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.
