Freezer Puller

As a Freezer Team Member at Formosa Foods, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and managing inventory within the freezer.
• Fulfilling product orders as required.
• Organizing the freezer to ensure optimal use of space.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

We are keen to welcome dedicated individuals to our Freezer Team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in operating a pallet jack and forklift, with certification being a plus.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable.
• Comfort working in a freezer environment with temperatures averaging 29-30 degrees.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Eligibility to comply with our hiring criteria, including background checks and drug screening.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a freezer environment.
