Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

· Routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on various equipment and systems.

· Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

· Understand robot functions and weld adjustments, jig adjustments, and fabrication.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, and general document maintenance activities.

· General concept of automation.

· Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Requirements:

Qualifications/Competencies:

· Associate degree in Industrial maintenance or five (5) years’ experience.

· TIG/MIG welding and possess mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on equipment.

· Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical drawings, including Mitsubishi PLC programs.

· Strong problem-solving skills on the ability to diagnose issues accurately.

· Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues. Use of electrical meter.

· Experience with Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Motoman, Panasonic robots.

Other:

· Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

· Work well with others and unsupervised

· Good work ethics

· Maintain good attendance.
