The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) is seeking a Business Analyst to join our client’s team in support of a VITA contract in Richmond, VA. Local candidates ONLY.
**Candidates will work ONSITE in the Governor's Office daily, NO exceptions**
**Candidates MUST dress professionally daily**
**Candidates are responsible for their own parking**
This position is to provide project management and administration support to multiple critical projects for the GOVS Office VITA.
Business Analysts will gather and analyze company data to identify needs and recommend solutions. They will work to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency.
Identify vulnerabilities in processes and devise data-driven solutions for improvements. As the liaison between IT and management, business analysts convert the findings of data specialists and programmers into practical remedies.
The position will assist the leads to accomplish many project and budget administration tasks.
The tasks will include items like:
- Help managing procurements, receipts, invoices, payments, and software licenses
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and capturing meeting minutes
- Support application help desk and preparing support documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Documentation experience
- Adaptability
