Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue wholesale real estate opportunities in the local market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct property research, analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from acquisition to closing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Sell properties from our private off-market inventory.

 Requirements:

  • Valid real estate license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
